About Our Founder:

Stacey Torello has spent over 20 years working in TV and live events, in positions – not limited to – associate producer, camera assistant & camera operator.
These early roles provided vital industry insights to production flow, camera operation and a sweeping knowledge of equipment.
This experience has been used as the building blocks for both Precise Prompting Inc. and the training of teleprompter technicians, striving to be more than just prompter operators.

What we provide and how we provide it.

*Before the event – We collaborate with you about your project, asking detailed questions to support the specifics of your production schedule and teleprompting needs. This ensures we supply suitable equipment and personnel in a timely manner to circumvent ever hearing the words “waiting on prompter.”

*During the event – We are now part of your team and as a team player we are “in it” with you. We don’t just scroll. We read and absorb scripts during the essential formatting process in order to anticipate your needs!

We understand that public speaking, even with the guidance of a teleprompter, can be nerve wracking.
We work to establish a relationship of trust with presenters to allow them to feel comfortable and confident whether in front of a camera or on stage.
We believe the presenter/teleprompter operator dynamic is a partnership much like a dance: the presenter takes the lead as we guide them, gracefully, through their presentation.

Backed by a wide variety of teleprompting projects, our seasoned operators have the expertise to offer script and presentation style assistance. We are happy to, upon request, work with you in order to aid you in conveying your message flawlessly.

*After the event – Final scripts are returned upon request in addition to being archived in our files, because “you never know.” In addition, as part of best practice, your event gets an internal post-job report filed by our technicians. This provides critical feedback and specific notes allowing Precise Prompting to implement a seamless, consistent and efficient performance on future collaborations.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE NOT A RENTAL HOUSE.

We like how our gear works and prefer to keep it that way, that is why a technician always accompanies our gear for setup. We do not operate on a drop-off/pick-up basis.
